You may download and print Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. 4. USER SUBMISSIONS

  • The Submissions contain no uncleared samples or unlicensed third-party content
  • You have the authority to grant the rights described herein

4.2 Submission Rights

Submission of materials does not constitute a contract, partnership, or obligation on the part of Beautiful Disaster Records. We are under no obligation to review, respond to, or return any Submissions. By submitting materials, you grant Beautiful Disaster Records a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to review, evaluate, and consider the Submissions for potential representation or licensing.

4.3 No Confidentiality

Do not submit any Submissions that you consider confidential or proprietary. We cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any Submissions and assume no obligation to protect any Submissions from disclosure.

5. LICENSING INQUIRIES

Requests for music licensing submitted through the Site do not constitute a license or grant any rights to use our music. All licensing requests are subject to negotiation, execution of a separate written license agreement, and payment of applicable fees. We reserve the right to accept or decline any licensing request at our sole discretion.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Beautiful Disaster Records. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
